- Name – Displayed in the application
- Profile picture – From your Google account (optional display)
- Google ID – For authentication purposes only

- Categories you create

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Railway (our hosting provider) using PostgreSQL databases. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

- Right to Rectification – You can edit your profile information in Settings after signing in
- Right to Data Portability – You can export all your data as a CSV file from Settings after signing in
- Right to Erasure – You can permanently delete your account and all data from Settings after signing in
- Right to Object – Contact us to object to certain data processing

We only use essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
Children's Privacy
Balancer is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on the application or sending you an email. Your continued use of Balancer after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
